Withholding scheme and payment information

The stamping of CFDI for the new withholding and payment scheme will be carried out through the Stamping Web service already established by Solución Factible®. Likewise, our "Testing" Web service already supports the creation of said CFDI; we suggest you carry out the tests you deem necessary.

Since it is a CFDI, the XML of the withholding and payment scheme must be sealed and generated in a similar way to how an electronic invoice XML is generated; however, it is important to clarify that they are completely independent.

Important: During 2014, some issuers were required to issue withholding tax certificates. Therefore, in accordance with rule I.2.7.5.4, first paragraph, second sentence of the 2014 Tax Regulations, it is valid to issue these certificates annually no later than January 31, 2015.

Structure

The structure for the XML file for withholdings and payments must follow the XML Schema Definition (XSD). This XSD is used to express a series of rules that an XML document must adhere to in order to be considered "valid" according to that schema. The XSD file that must be followed can be found at the following link: XSD_retenciones

If you are already our "Timbrado/Stamping" client and already use our Webservice, nothing will change regarding connection and service usage; the only difference will be the XML file being stamped. Likewise, the CFDI for the withholding and payment scheme will be stored in the stamping panel, just like an electronic invoice, and can also be downloaded from the portal.

The content of this chapter shows the information necessary to generate the withholding and payment receipt.

Validation of the revenue stamp

To validate the digital tax stamp, you must provide the Digital Seal Certificate corresponding to the PAC (Authorized Certification Provider) that certified the CFDI (Digital Tax Receipt). For CFDIs certified by Solución Factible®, you can download the certificates from the following page:
