Complement
Fuel Consumption 1.1
Fuel Consumption complement issued by authorized issuers of electronic wallets used in the acquisition of fuels for maritime, air and land vehicles at service stations that sell fuels in accordance with section IV., of rule 3.3.1.10., of the current RMF, to identify the type of fuel and rate that applies to the sale of gasoline and diesel in accordance with article 2. A of the current Special Tax on Production and Services Law.
The Tax Administration System (SAT) recently released the documentation for the new version of the Fuel Consumption complement v1.1, which has been mandatory since June 12, 2018.
In its statement, the SAT (Mexican Tax Administration Service) clarified that the advance release of the document is intended to allow taxpayers and software development companies to analyze the proposed technical specifications, in order to assess, plan, and begin operations.

The stamping of CFDI for the new version of the Fuel Consumption complement v1.1 will be carried out through the Stamping Webservice already established by Solución Factible® when it comes into effect.

Structure
The structure for the Fuel Consumption 1.2 complement must follow the XML Schema Definition (XSD). This XSD is used to express a series of rules that an XML document must conform to in order to be considered "valid" according to that schema.
